“FTC Ruling on Non-Competes”

A discussion of the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) final rule banning non-compete agreements including the origins of the rule itself and the current legal challenges to the rule.  This will also include practical considerations for companies and employers who use non-compete agreements as a way to prevent unfair competition.
