About the Session: Speakers from Clifford Chance will discuss the big legal questions raised by the AI boom and the accelerating capabilities of the technology. The capability of neural networks is doubling every three-and-half months – on that trend today's AI systems will seem trivial compared to the tools routinely available in the near future. Harnessing the power of these technologies will soon be an imperative for businesses across all sectors. How can businesses manage risk and protect the value of their intellectual property and the privacy of their customers in this new reality? How will emerging AI-specific regulations strike a balance between mitigating AI risks and allowing innovation to flourish?
