Speakers
Steve Robertson, J.D., Ph.D. is a former in-house attorney (Hewlett Packard) and recognized expert on partnering with internal business clients in ways that strengthen relationships, harness your unique knowledge and expertise, and advance the goals of the business. From 2001 – 2009, Steve served as the lead attorney for Hewlett Packard’s Global Procurement function, Global Real Estate operations, and its Imaging and Printing Division’s Supply Chain and Outsourced Manufacturing business.
In 2010, Steve led the creation and launch of a new global talent development function inside Hewlett Packard and has been focused on leadership and organization development ever since. He led leadership development and coaching programs for St. Luke’s Health System and served as the Chief People Officer for one of Idaho’s largest nonprofit organizations. Steve also taught leadership in Boise State University’s MBA program and served as a committee member and leadership advisor to the Idaho State Bar’s Academy of Leadership for Lawyers. Steve is now the co-founder and principal of Blueroot Leadership Development where he specializes in leadership training and coaching and performance improvement consulting for small and medium sized businesses.
