A program hosted by:
ACC Northeast OhioThe widespread use of AI across many industries is an urgent concern to all attorneys, but the effects of AI-related tools on Inventorship have an immediate impact on those who may encounter questions of patentability and other intellectual property-related issues. After a brief overview and reviewing precedent-setting cases, Renner Otto will review the guidelines and takeaways offered by the USPTO. The presenters will then work through applicable examples with participants for a better understanding.
