CLE - The Intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property, presented by Renner Otto

The widespread use of AI across many industries is an urgent concern to all attorneys, but the effects of AI-related tools on Inventorship have an immediate impact on those who may encounter questions of patentability and other intellectual property-related issues. After a brief overview and reviewing precedent-setting cases, Renner Otto will review the guidelines and takeaways offered by the USPTO. The presenters will then work through applicable examples with participants for a better understanding.
