Speakers
Sam Zabaneh, the firm’s Austin Office Managing Partner, advises public and emerging private companies and their venture capital and private equity investors through their life cycles, from formation to liquidity.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience, Mr. Zabaneh advises clients across industries — particularly technology and life sciences — on a broad range of corporate issues.
Samuel Rettew represents clients in all types of capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on initial public offerings.
Mr. Rettew advises private equity firms, as well as public and private companies, on public and private financing transactions. He also advises clients on general corporate governance, including public company securities matters.
Cotter Cunnigham is the CEO of ExpertVoice, Inc. a leading product advocacy platform that connects major brands with relevant experts. He worked with Tritium Partners to purchase the company in September 2022. Prior to this, he founded and was the chairman and CEO of RetailMeNot, Inc. He is a Venture Partner at Next Coast Ventures and serves on the board of several private companies.
