ACC Southern CaliforniaDid you miss our last Gratitude Challenge, or not participate as often and as regularly as you would have liked? Do you need a nudge to make your gratitude practice more consistent? Want to do something to mark World Gratitude Day on September 21? If you answered yes to any of these, then join the Well-Being Committee’s Fall Gratitude Challenge!
Research links the simple gesture of saying thanks and the trait of feeling appreciation for the good things in one’s life to improved emotion, sleep, engagement, immunity, resilience, self-care, relationships, and overall physical and mental well-being. Over the course of 21-days, you will receive daily prompts to reflect upon and note in your journal. At the end of the challenge, we will get gather on a Zoom meeting to share our experience.
