This panel will explain these cases and discuss how a changing legal landscape could impact regulated businesses and other organizations.

NCAA, NCAA v. Alston, and Ohio v. NCAA, that are reshaping this field from a range of perspectives. The panel will also discuss the opportunities that this dramatic change has created for corporations and individuals to engage in NIL with college athletes and answer the questions in-house and corporate counsel may have about getting involved the right way.

DISCLOSURES
Our programs and events are made possible by the support of our sponsors and partners, and we will share your Name, Company and Email information with the program sponsor(s) for the purpose of allowing them to follow up on the content presented during the program and to provide you with information about their products and services.  If you do not wish to have the Chapter share your information with the program sponsor, you will not be able to register for or attend the program.

Our law firm-sponsored events are open to CO-ACC members, prospective CO-ACC members, and guests of the sponsoring firm. Membership ineligibility includes attorneys presently working in law firms. ACC membership is open to individuals who are engaged in the active practice of law employed by organizations in either the private or public sector, do not have regulatory, enforcement or policymaking responsibilities nor work in an institution with such authority, and do not hold themselves out to the public for the practice of law.

Impact of No-Shows: No-shows disrupt the program's dynamics, prevent other participants from benefiting fully, and may result in wasted resources. Additionally, they hinder our ability to accurately plan and manage future events. If for any reason you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
