Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC ChicagoEnjoy dinner at the newly renovated Chicago Cut Steakhouse, and learn how to prepare your business for legal changes that may result from the upcoming election. This one-hour CLE-accredited seminar will feature Hill veterans from Crowell & Moring’s government affairs team, who will discuss some of the key issues to be addressed by the next administration, including trends in trade, health care, IP, energy, and environmental policy that are likely to impact businesses in 2025.
We will also provide a report on pending IP legislation likely to be impacted by the upcoming elections. We aim to give in-house departments a head-start on planning for the future, whether that means working with their trade associations on pending legislation, developing proactive strategies to address policy changes, or reserving budgets for challenges likely to impact their businesses over the next term.
