Zac and his team at The Lion Group help candidates find their ideal roles across the country and provide valuable insights into the job market and career development. Zac's expertise in legal recruitment is evident from his representative in-house placements that include General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and rank and file in-house placements in real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, financial services, energy, and healthcare industries.

Before joining The Lion Group, Zac worked for a Top 20 US based healthcare recruitment agency with a focus in their leadership and executive search business. During his tenure, he managed two different regions and served clients with direct hire placement or interim staffing needs.
