Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC NortheastNew Hampshire has joined 18 other states and many prominent countries in adopting comprehensive privacy laws, creating a de facto global network of privacy requirements. Because of that expansion, and because privacy requirements apply extra-territorially to companies that engage in business with residents of those jurisdictions, companies that operate either domestically or internationally need to adopt a comprehensive strategy to comply with all existing and emerging privacy requirements.
Please join ACC Northeast & McLane Middleton on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. for this important webinar. Cameron Shilling, Chair of McLane Middleton's Cybersecurity and Privacy Group, will be joined by ACC Northeast Board Member, Sharon Kamowitz of Sharon Kamowitz Privacy & Compliance Consulting, to explain the rights afforded to individuals and obligations imposed on businesses by these requirements, and offer a practical and achievable strategy for your company to implement to comply with these requirements now and in the future.
