Program Description:
This informative session will discuss commonly disputed contract provisions including termination, renewal, representations and warranties, and various ambiguous provisions. Andrew will provide tips to limit the potential for future disputes and how to negotiate disputes.

- Frequently Disputed and Litigated Contract Provisions (20 minutes)
- Dispute Resolution Mechanisms and the “What If’s” (15 minutes)
- The Do’s and Don’ts of Contract Drafting (15 minutes)
