Building on the foundational principles discussed in Part 1 of this series, this interactive workshop will guide corporate counsel through practical exercises and real-world scenarios to sharpen their skills in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Participants will engage in hands-on activities focused on refining key contract clauses, including indemnity, limitation of liability and dispute resolution provisions. In-house counsel will have the opportunity to ask questions, work through complex contract terms, address common challenges and explore risk mitigation strategies in real-time. This session, facilitated by both corporate and litigation counsel, will provide practical tools and insights that can be directly applied in your daily work to minimize risk and protect your organization’s interests.
