Employers are facing heightened focus on pay issues as we see increased enforcement from regulators, new pay transparency legislation, more class action litigation, and growing awareness among employees. The session will focus on the what, why, and what now of pay equity and transparency requirements and risk mitigation.

3:30 - 4:45 p.m. - Artificial Intelligence Regulation in the US (Privacy Law 2.0)
The session will focus on how artificial intelligence (AI) is being regulated in the United States and focus on how US privacy laws are specifically being applied to the training, development, and use of AI.
