Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Colorado

ACC Colorado Presents

Government Policy: What counsel should know about the regulatory process and how to influence policymaking.

In this session, sponsor Sherman & Howard will discuss ways in-house counsel can stay informed and influence government policymaking to benefit their corporate clients, and sometimes an entire industry.

For example, consider Colorado’s push to be the first state to enact artificial intelligence legislation and its impacts versus the ways in which various federal agencies shape policy and how you can help shape that future.

Also discussed will be new considerations for counsel arising out of a post-Chevron world.
