Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Australia

Cyber security is one of the most significant risks in-house counsel are required to manage. With the ever changing technological landscape and increasing penalties, GCs and In-house lawyers are required to stay across these issues and mitigate these issues proactively before it turns into a reputational disaster.

In this session, Kathryn Speed and Brett Garth will provide an update on the proposed reforms to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and a review of the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 (Cth), with a focus on cyber security considerations and how they may affect your business.
