ACC NortheastACC Northeast is thrilled to have Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, Inc. joining us again in September to offer our members a chance to take an hour during their work day to focus on their health and wellness.
In today's fast-paced in-house work environment, we sometimes forgot to take care of ourselves. The concept of well-being needs to be more than a buzzword, so we called on LCL to bring together some of their the best practitioners/counselors to offer our members a few webinars that would help them achieve stress reduction, enhance self care and provide lasting personal tools to support health & wellness.
Total Wellness Tuesdays will bring small groups of members together for a one hour webinar for two consecutive Tuesdays in September, September 10th & September 17th from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. The first webinar will be Pillars of Staying Healthy with Shawn Healy. The second webinar will be Ways to Reduce Stress with Dr. Tracey Meyers.
