Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace and What to Do When Claims are Made

In this webinar, you will learn the basics of preventing sexual harassment in the workplace and what to do when you are presented with a complaint of sexual harassment. Presenters will offer recommendations for best practices, including appropriate policies, procedures, and trainings for preventing sexual harassment, provide examples of the types of sexual harassment complaints commonly made, and answer any questions you may have regarding handling these complaints. Specifically, the presentation will cover policies and procedures regarding sexual harassment, how to identify what type of sexual harassment complaint is being made, what to do and what not to do in response to receiving a sexual harassment complaint, how to conduct an investigation into the sexual harassment complaint, including ascertaining and interviewing potential witnesses, and how to prepare an investigative report containing conclusions and recommendations for the company in light of the findings.
