While certainly important to do so, review of new or revised laws in a vacuum can obscure perception of larger shifts in policy/thinking.
This presentation will use the “micro” as a jumping off point to view the “macro,” discussing trends in recent case and statutory law to examine developments and areas of focus then extend beyond the specificities of the changes themselves.
