Sarah Ward, Property + Project Lawyer – Law Squared
Sarah has over 17 years’ experience in Property + Infrastructure and is an Accredited Specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria in Commercial Tenancy Law which means she is an expert in leasing law. Sarah regularly acts for clients in the retail leasing space across Australia & New Zealand and sits on the Law Institute of Victoria Property & Commercial Tenancy Law Advisory Committee.
Benn Kirkham, CEO, SuperPark Australia & New Zealand
Based in Singapore for over a decade, Benn owned a Project and Construction Management business working across projects throughout Southeast Asia. Notably, Benn managed the full lifecycle of the global franchise, SuperPark, as it expanded into Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong. Responsible for handling site selection, leasing, construction, and operations, Benn is currently CEO of SuperPark’s first ANZ indoor adventure park located at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne.
Jaymie Rowland, Executive Director / Head of Retail Solutions, Franklin Shanks
With 25+ years’ experience ranging across F&B, Fashion, FMCG, Luxury and Health & Wellness, Jaymie is passionate about retail and works with Franklin Shanks’ clients to put their customers’ experience at the heart of their property strategy: building strong and agile property portfolios that support their operations, culture, brand and growth.

Annika Childs, Commercial + Project Lawyer, Law Squared
Annika is a strong generalist commercial lawyer and prides herself on her ability to convert complex legal matters into easily understandable and approachable advice. Annika focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and has a particular interest in providing advice about contractual matters and regulatory compliance. Annika also provides project management support for the legal delivery of our ad hoc and project-based Energy + Infrastructure work.
