Passionate about inspiring and educating lawyers and law students, Amogh is excited to host the Return, Respect and Remuneration webcast. As a member of Law Squared’s inaugural 2023 Graduate Program, he has quickly become an integral part of the Employment + Workplace Relations team. In his ‘spare’ time, Amogh also hosts the ChatterMatters legal podcast and serves as Chair of the Law Institute of Victoria Young Lawyers' Editorial Committee.


Jess

Jess John – Employment + Workplace Relations Lawyer at Law Squared

Jess has extensive experience managing a broad range of employment matters. His expertise includes handling claims in the Fair Work Commission, Federal and State anti-discrimination commissions, and employment cases in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. He contributes to the community through employment law presentations to not-for-profits and supports CEOs in navigating redundancy processes. Sonya Law is GM of D&E Air Conditioning, an HVAC company with over 600 employees, providing mechanical services to the construction industry. Her background includes experience in mining and water industries, with a focus on engineering-based businesses in essential services. She holds an MBA from Monash University and values education. Sonya has chaired the Human Resources Summit in Sydney and Melbourne for the past 4 years, supporting personal and professional development.

Cate Bennett – Company Secretary and Former General Counsel at Movember

Cate Bennett is the Company Secretary of Movember, a leading charity focused on men's health. Formerly Movember's Global General Counsel, she has extensive experience in legal, governance, risk, privacy, and compliance across 20+ countries. With a background in legal and commercial leadership in both the public and not-for-profit sectors, Cate is an alum of Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and has twice been named Not-for-Profit Lawyer of the Year by ACC Australia.
