Janice is dedicated to empowering introverts to overcome their challenges, find their unique strengths, achieve their personal and professional goals and gain the recognition they deserve in this extroverted world.
During this session, Janice will guide us in exploring burnout and impostor syndrome in-depth, including causes, impact, prevention strategies, and techniques for building resilience. You won't want to miss this as there will be key takeaways for both introverts and extroverts and everyone in between!
