ACC San Francisco Bay Area2024 is a year of major political shifts, elections cycles and geopolitical conflict. Business leaders must be able to navigate the significant sways as they come, as well as understand the impacts these issues cause to businesses locally and globally. Additionally, legal leaders have increased responsibility to understand these shifts in the context of changes to regulations and the effects these changes have on the business model across jurisdictions. During this CLE, we will pull together thought leaders in the geopolitical and legal space to unpack these issues and distill what practical takeaways can be implemented to help ease transitions and changes during this dynamic time.
