Wyche 2-Hour CLE - Appellate Advocacy

Appeals require a deep understanding of the law's intricacies, persuasive written and oral advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Please join Wyche and the Association of Corporate Counsel for a thought-provoking CLE as we discuss important aspects of the appeals process. Wyche attorney and former South Carolina Supreme Court Justice Kaye Hearn will share insights from her more than 25 years of experience as an appellate judge. A panel discussion, moderated by Wyche attorney Wallace Lightsey, will follow. It will feature SC Supreme Court Chief Justice John Kittredge, SC Supreme Court Justice Letitia Verdin, SC Supreme Court Justice Garrison Hill, and SC Court of Appeals Judge Aphrodite Konduros, offering an insider perspective on judicial thinking.
