ACC Georgia

Please join the Association for Corporate Counsel – Georgia Chapter for a productive discussion on the business outlook under the incoming Trump administration and the 119th Congress, featuring insights from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, including representatives from the esteemed Washington-based lobbying & public policy practice and the Dallas-based Investment Management practice.

With control of the House, Senate, White House, our speaker panel will examine how these results are likely to shape the legislative and regulatory landscape in the year ahead. The discussion will provide a forward-looking analysis of the implications of the GOP sweep and what businesses can expect in 2025, including tax reform, the deregulatory agenda and corporate governance.

The session will delve into the intersection of law, politics, and business, focusing on how post-election outcomes may influence regulatory policies, judicial appointments, and major legal developments. Our panel of experienced legal and policy professionals will offer strategic insights into the new political environment’s potential impact on corporate governance, legislative priorities, and the broader regulatory framework.
