Join us for a review of the major government contracts developments from 2024.  We will discuss the major regulatory developments of the year, including the DoD CMMC rules, new labor and employment requirements, SBA size certification developments, and secure supply chain obligations.  We will also review the key cases from 2024, including bid protests, disputes, and False Claims Act developments.  Finally, we will look ahead to an uncertain 2025 and identify areas that are likely to change under the new administration.
