Speakers

Nadia Belkacemi Junior Legal Counsel

Originally from Manchester, Nadia graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Manchester, before completing her LPC and obtaining a Master's in Human Rights and Media Law. She qualified into Corporate law and gained experience in Commercial and Tech law at an international private practice firm before transitioning in-house to a company she has always loved. Nadia considers the move to Booking.com to be one of her best career decisions – she loves travel and experiencing other cultures – which aligns completely with life at the company. Although it was a big change from private practice, she has enjoyed the fast-paced, dynamic environment of Booking.com and has found the shift both exciting and incredibly rewarding.

Anthony Farrell Director Legal Trips - Product & Commercial

Anthony started his career at DLA Piper, specialising in commercial contracts, following qualification. After a long term secondment at a global bank, Ant moved in-house and has gained vast experience in retail, gaming and fashion industries, holding senior leadership roles along the way. Ant has supported businesses in scaling in their key international markets, in particular the US, advising across a range of operational and legal matters (including logistics and distribution, IP protection, marketing / advertising and IT software / services). Anthony is currently a director in the Trips legal team with a focus on commercial and product legal matters.

Sian Taylor Senior Legal Counsel

Sian is Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on commercial contracts, and joined Booking.com in 2018. Sian currently acts as the first legal point of contact for the Partner-facing Commercial Account Managers in the car rental vertical, dealing with a range of commercial matters and launching new revenue opportunities.

Prior to working in-house, Sian worked in private practice in the Manchester offices of two international law firms, primarily focusing on Restructuring & Insolvency since qualification in 2008.
