Artificially Intelligent? Regulations and employer considerations regarding AI in the workplace

AI technologies are here to stay.  The promise of improved efficiencies and the ability to manage thousands of data points seamlessly is hard to ignore.  Employers are now using AI tools to recruit, hire, manage, promote, compensate, and retain employees.  Employees are using AI features to more efficiently perform certain job duties.  But, at what cost?  This session will focus on two key subjects: risks and solutions to employers posed by use of AI as a human resources and personnel management tool, and risks and solutions to employee use of AI to do their work.
