In Conversation with Alan K. Tse

Join ACC Singapore and Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance in welcoming Alan K. Tse, the Global Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. (NYSE: JLL), to Singapore. JLL is a Fortune 200 real estate services company with over 100,000 employees worldwide. In addition to overseeing legal and compliance, Alan also leads the Risk, Internal Audit, and Business Continuity functions.

Alan will share his experiences with the ACC Singapore community, discussing his leadership of large legal teams at JLL and his previous roles as General Counsel at Fortune 500 companies, including Petco, Churchill Downs, and LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A.. Alan is also a former Global Board Member of the ACC and was named a Legend of the Law by the ABA/Burton Foundation in 2020. In 2022, he was recognised as one of the Financial Times' Top 20 In-House Legal Leaders. Recently, in 2023, the National Association of Women Lawyers honored Alan with their Lead by Example Award.
