Overview (Program Summary)
In certain U.S. markets, there has been seismic change in the manner and method of office space use, needs, funding and future. Tenants are looking to downsize with the flexibility to handle an increasingly hybrid workforce and to grow in the future. Landlords are reacting to lower rents, increased vacancy and impending mortgage maturity dates, and are considering the possibility of change of use, adding amenities, or even the sale of the building. This legal update is intended to review these changes and provide insight from a tenant, landlord and lender perspective.
Our three speakers are Anita Agajanian, Mike Williams, and our very own Jason Maxwell.
