Attendees will be provided with lunch while JAMS Neutral, Jonathan Fitch, along with Boston Consulting Group's (BCG's) Senior Legal Counsel, Lindsay Kosan, provide insiders' perspectives on the importance of contract drafting—specifically, key considerations for ADR clauses. Jonathan and Lindsay will review and discuss real-world scenarios that they have encountered as mediators, arbitrators, or litigators, where a well-drafted ADR clause made a difference, or where a poorly written one created challenges.
