Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Northeast

Join Epstein Becker & Green and ACC Northeast for lunch and a discussion about whistleblower and retaliation claims.  Facilitated by Epstein Becker & Green's, Elizabeth J. McEvoy, topics will include:

  • Trends relating to the recent rise in claims;
  • Explaining what is considered protected activity;
  • Changes we can expect with the new Administration;
  • Best practices to minimize your company's risk.

By the end of this session, attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of retaliation and whistleblower claims and how to best protect their company. Chatham House Rules will govern the discussion, and CLE credit will be offered.

Attendance is limited to ensure a good discussion, so sign up early to guarantee a spot.
