When it comes to managing legal crises, the legal department is responsible for leading the charge.  Although every crisis is different, there are common themes and methods for addressing challenging situations.  Participants will discuss specific examples of legal crises and how to work through them. Both legal and reputation management aspects of legal crisis are addressed.
