Given the position of the federal administration that states should be taking more of an active role in the enforcement of many substantive areas where the federal government usually takes a predominant role, which we have already begun seeing, it is anticipated that there will be an increase in State AG enforcement in many areas that are traditionally handled by federal enforcement authorities.
