Trends in California Ethics, Civility, and the Future of DEI

Join the ACC Southern California Chapter and Holland & Knight for a 60-minute CLE presentation on ethics, civility, and the future of DEI with Holland & Knight’s Diversity Partner O’Kelly E. McWilliams III, Los Angeles Litigation Partner Eddie Jauregui, and Newport Beach Litigation Partner Anne Beehler, followed by an interactive networking reception.  The first half of the presentation will focus on updates and takeaways on shifting approaches to DEI strategies in the private and public sectors.  The second half of the presentation will focus on case updates in California ethics and civility rules, with a focus on developments in California law over the last two years.
