Speakers
Ian Heath Gershengorn - As one of the premier Supreme Court and appellate advocates and as a former Acting US Solicitor General, Ian Gershengorn has spent his career helping clients effectively position their most important cases for success. Ian works closely with clients to craft novel arguments and long-term legal solutions rooted in deep government, regulatory and public policy experience.
Andrianna (Annie) Kastanek is a former federal prosecutor, former Supreme Court clerk, and Co-Chair of Jenner & Block’s Appellate and Supreme Court Practice. As Co-Chair of the firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court Practice, Annie leverages her vast appellate and trial experience, and her award-winning writing skills, to successfully represent clients in high-stakes matters.
Wade Thomson is a Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice and is an elected member of the firm’s Policy Committee. He is Chambers ranked and has significant experience in high-stakes commercial disputes and government investigations around the world, practicing out of both the Chicago and London offices.
