Jennifer Mulheron, General Counsel & Company Secretary, Harrison.ai

Jen Mulheron is the General Counsel & Company Secretary of Harrison.ai, an Australian health tech AI company on a mission to transform global healthcare. Harrison.ai develops AI diagnostic assist tools for healthcare providers globally. Prior to joining Harrison.ai, Jen was a senior M&A lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin, with a sector focus in technology. Jen has 15 years’ experience as a senior lawyer in AI health tech and across top tier and global law firms. She is passionate about doing work with purpose and believes the tech sector, in particular AI, has the capacity to fundamentally improve the standard of health care experienced by patients around the world.

Peter Hamblin, Head of Legal, Seek

Pete is currently Head of Legal in SEEK’s in-house legal team. Pete started his career in private practice as a corporate lawyer at Clayton Utz and has since spent over 10 years in a variety of in-house legal, governance and risk roles. 


Georgie

Georgie Gane, Corporate + Commercial Lawyer and LSaaS Coordinator, Law Squared, and former GC & Company Secretary, Pepperstone

Georgie is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with extensive cross-jurisdictional legal and business expertise. She has advised boards, executive teams and other stakeholders on a wide range of general commercial law matters, contract drafting and negotiations, financial services regulation, privacy and cybersecurity issues, corporate governance/company secretarial matters and risk management.
