Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC San DiegoAs California juries continue to award increasingly sizable verdicts, litigants are filing with increased frequency, encouraged by counsel that insist upon aggressive (and often unrealistic) valuations. While not every case runs the risk of a runaway verdict, corporate defendants need to consider possible outcomes in evaluating which cases are worth the fight – and which are not.
In this presentation, we will discuss strategies for accurate case evaluation, determining how best to obtain favorable results at all stages of litigation.
