Join us for an update on the recent executive orders signed by President Trump that significantly impact DEI programs, private employers and federal contractors. What’s new? What’s enjoined? And what should employers be doing in this rapidly evolving landscape to ensure legal compliance and avoid potential litigation?
This program will provide a refresher on civil rights laws, the definition of "illegal DEI," and the importance of compliance with anti-discrimination statutes.
