Would you like to learn how to better manage the stresses of your day?
Join ACC SoCal for Mindful Mondays to learn how to easily find quiet in your day with a few basic techniques. These two sessions will include mindfulness and meditation basics as well as a short practice period suitable for beginners. Please join us for one or both as your schedule permits.

The sessions will be led by Jill Kalliomaa, member and co-creator of the ACC SoCal Attorney Well-Being Committee. Jill’s background includes presenting on mindfulness and attorney well-being at ACC Annual Meetings, taking Mindfulness in Law Teacher Training, and completing the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course as well as many silent meditation retreats.
