Lori Sher serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at E*TRADE, overseeing the legal function of the Company and its bank and brokerage subsidiaries and overseeing Human Resources, talent management and diversity and inclusion. Under her leadership, E*TRADE has been recognized as One of the Best Places to Work, and among other awards, Lori has been recognized as an In-House Innovator.
