Overview (Program Summary)
The COVID-19 pandemic has tremendously accelerated and transformed the telehealth delivery model, and as a result, there has been significant expansion of state and federal telehealth policies. While some of the regulatory changes have been made permanent, other waivers have already been repealed with additional leniencies likely subsiding when the public health emergency ends. This session will focus on the mainstreaming of telehealth that has occurred as a result of COVID-19 and the top five âmust knowsâ for in-house counsel, like the future of virtual health, operational compliance considerations, and more.
