Grace is a funds lawyer with 4 years experience in the in-house investment management industry. Her practice focuses on the establishment, structuring and offering of funds as well as advising on marketing, regulatory and compliance issues across a broad range of asset classes. She also has experience drafting and negotiating investment management agreements, trading and services agreements and a range of commercial agreements.
Grace has been determinedly broadening her funds experience over recent years and is very focused on her professional development as a T-shaped lawyer. Grace is currently at ClearBridge Investments (formerly RARE Infrastructure) and previously worked at Schroders.
Grace is admitted to practice in Australia and New York.
Grace places great value on the mentoring sessions and has been extremely open-minded and proactive in tackling both the goal orientated and unexpected challenges she faced throughout the year. Inspired by the wisdom and guidance of her mentor, Grace achieved her goals while also exhibiting new-found confidence in her career.
