Justin Betar is a Notary Public and Lawyer with over 25 years of experience.
He is a renowned for his specialist Notary expertise for common law and civil law jurisdictions world-wide including Asia having appeared in a Chinese Court as an expert Notary.
Regularly writing and presenting in Australia and Internationally, Justin is one of the lead educators of Notaries in Australia. Justin received his Commission as the Honorary Consul from the President of the Republic of Ghana in 2013 and was head of post of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Ghana in Sydney for 10 years before retiring in 2023. This has provided extensive interactions with various Governments.
