ACC Legal Operations Member of the Year Chris Kopeck
Chris Kopeck (Senior Manager, Legal Administration, Walgreens) was named 2020 ACC Legal Operations Members of the Year. We appreciate that Chris is always willing to help and for his volunteer leadership, which includes chairing the Tools & Technology Interest Group, serving on the Xchange 2020 Conference Committee and as faculty for Xchange 2020 and 2019, as well as promoting engagement in ACC Legal Operations among peers through the Member Community. Not resting on his laurels, Chris has already signed on for a new volunteer role, co-chairing the Internal Resources Management Interest Group.

Process, Project and Knowledge Management
Process, Project and Knowledge Management, led by Marianne Troscinski (Senior Legal Operations Analyst, Navistar) and Lauren Schultz (Program Manager, Compliance & Operations, Lockheed Martin), was named 2020 ACC Legal Operations Interest Group of the Year. The group focuses on best practices, resources and tools to support team coordination for efficient and effective management and execution of legal services and other department projects. Throughout the past year, they were outstanding in engaging participation across the Interest Group to provide strong content and speakers, while also updating the ACC-LO Maturity Model for the soon-to-be-released 2.0 version.
