Michael acts for a diverse range of clients in construction and manufacturing, agribusiness, media, education, professional services, transport and government. In 2021, he was recognised as one of NSW’s leading workplace health and safety lawyers by Doyle’s Guide. Amy Spira is a passionate in-house corporate and commercial lawyer with practice interests in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions in the media and technology sectors. In recognition of her law, business, and leadership achievements, Amy was awarded the 2019 ACC Corporate Lawyer of the Year. In her current role as Senior Legal Counsel at Domain, Amy is deeply involved in Domain’s corporate M&A activity, leading a large number of corporate transactions and commercial partnerships. As well as her role at Domain, Amy is Company Secretary of GorillaStack, a technology business that builds tools to automate cost savings and security infrastructure for the cloud. |
