  • How do I know if a program is CLE/CPD eligible?

    To check for CLE eligibility of a course, please see the "Additional Information" tab. The "Additional Information" tab  may be nested under the three dots of the course description page.

    All CLE eligible courses say "CLE Eligible Yes," and are followed by a list of states where CLE can be obtained.

  • Is my CLE free?

    CLE is available free of charge to ACC members for courses that appear in the Upcoming Live Courses catalog only. Courses for CLE found outside of the live catalog will not be offered free of charge.

  • When will I receive my certificate?

    You are able to claim your certificate at any time after the course has been viewed. Read this document on how to claim your certificate.

  • How do I submit an idea for a program?

    Please use the proposal form found here to tell us about your ideas!

  • Can I update my profile?

    You will only be able to change your profile image within the learning management system. You may update other information, including your title, email address, and mailing address, via the ACC My Profile and Preferences page. Changes to your company must be requested, please email membership@acc.com.

  • Where can I find the course materials?

  • My membership has not been recognized.

    If you believe your ACC membership is not being properly recognized, please reach out to membership@acc.com. Someone on our membership team will gladly review your profile.

  • I'm not a member, but I'd like to join a course.

    ACC welcomes non-member participation in many of its events and courses. We do require an account be created for each person accessing the learning management system.

    Read this document for visual instructions on how to create an account for the new learning management system as a non-member.
