This article provides an overview of the recommendations provided by an NSW Government-established taskforce, formed in order to accelerate the adoption of industry standards for cybersecurity.
The recommendations included, among other things, industry-specific recommendations across seven sectors including: cloud platforms, defense, education, energy, financial services, health, and telecommunications and Internet of Things. Additionally, the article takes a look at the next steps for the taskforce.
