Sample agreement between a business and a celebrity or influencer hired as a contractor to promote its products or services.
This a sample agreement under which, in return for a flat fee, the contractor agrees to participate in at least one promotional photo shoot and video recording and to allow the business unrestricted use and reproduction of the contractor's name, image, and likeness during their contractual engagement. The contractor also waives ownership of any image or likeness produced under this contract.
