This article provides an in-depth summary of the Hong Kong National Security Law, in order for corporations to understand and comply with the new law. Specifically, it lays out the four major areas within the National Security Law: Secession, Subversion, Terrorist activities, and Collusion with foreign forces.

It goes onto compare and contrast those four issue areas with the equivalent laws of other common law jurisdictions, such as the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), Australia, and Singapore. Additionally, it provides implications for corporate compliance and additional recommendations.
