It has now become commonplace for Chief Legal Officers (CLOs) to juggle myriad responsibilities. While this reflects heightened organizational awareness regarding risk, it also thrusts CLOs into unfamiliar territory. With data security increasingly assuming critical importance, the absence of robust data management strategies in nearly half of organizations exacerbates this dilemma.
